1. LICENCE GRANT
   Subject to payment of the applicable fee and to this agreement, the Licensor
   grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install
   and use BurnRate for your own purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent or lend the software;
   modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent
   such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; remove or alter any notice
   of ownership; or share a licence key with anyone else.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The software is licensed, not sold. All right, title and interest in and to
   the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the
   Licensor.

4. LICENCE KEYS
   A licence key is personal to the purchaser. Verification is performed
   offline on your own machine; the software does not transmit your key or your
   usage to the Licensor.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY
   The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness
   for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits any
   statutory rights you have as a consumer.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor's total
   liability arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the
   amount you paid for the software. The Licensor shall not be liable for any
   indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data.

7. TERMINATION
   This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On
   termination you must stop using the software and remove all copies.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Mandatory consumer
   protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
