END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF LICENCE

   Subject to payment of the applicable fee and to this agreement, the licensor
   grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install
   and use the product on computers you own or control, for your own personal
   or internal business purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

   You may not: redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or lend
   the product or any part of it; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it
   except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this
   restriction; remove or alter any proprietary notice; or use it to build a
   competing product.

3. OWNERSHIP

   The product is licensed, not sold. The licensor retains all right, title and
   interest in the product, including all intellectual property rights. This
   agreement transfers no ownership.

4. UPDATES

   Updates the licensor chooses to make available are covered by this agreement
   unless they are accompanied by different terms.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY

   The product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
   merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

   The product inspects local processes, ports, containers and folders, and can
   stop processes and remove files and container resources at your direction.
   You are responsible for reviewing what it proposes before confirming it, and
   for maintaining backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor shall not be
   liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive
   damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising out
   of or related to the product or this agreement, even if advised of the
   possibility of such damages. The licensor's total aggregate liability shall
   not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

   Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully
   be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury
   caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. TERMINATION

   This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On
   termination you must stop using the product and remove all copies. Sections
   3, 5, 6 and 8 survive termination.

8. GOVERNING LAW

   This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. The courts of Romania
   have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, without
   prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the
   law of your country of residence.
