Each application has its own agreement. They are not identical, and the differences are deliberate — we publish them separately rather than as one shared text.

Read this first

Seven of the documents below are DRAFTS, written by the development team and not reviewed by a lawyer. Each one says so itself, in its opening lines, and we do not remove that notice. We publish them in this form because publishing nothing would be worse: until now there was no agreement anywhere.

The documents are in English and stay in English. We do not publish a translation: an unofficial translation of a contract is a second document, and it can end up saying something the original does not.
