This site is a presentation site. Through it we make information about our services available to you and offer two ways to get in touch with us: the contact form and the newsletter subscription.

This site is not an online store. Services or products cannot be purchased directly here and no payments are processed through the site. The prices or packages shown are for information only and do not constitute a firm offer. Any collaboration is set up separately, through a contract negotiated between the parties, and that contract prevails over the information on the site.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• submit through the contact form content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the admin panel, or the infrastructure it runs on;
• use automated means to bulk-extract the content or to overload the service;
• impersonate another person or provide contact details that are not your own.

We reserve the right to restrict access in the event of abusive use.

The site's content — text, structure, graphic elements, logo, photographs, case studies and the code that generates it — belongs to MEDICAL ETHIC DIGITAL S.R.L. or is used under the necessary rights.

You may read, print and quote the content for personal or informational purposes, with attribution of the source. Reproduction, republication or commercial use of the content without our written consent is not permitted. Trademarks and logos of other companies appearing in the case studies belong to their respective owners.

We strive to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for business decisions made solely on the basis of the informational materials on the site, nor for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance or by factors outside our control. This limitation does not remove liability that cannot be limited under the law.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control their content and we assume no liability for it.

If you have a complaint, write to us first at contact@me-digital.ro — we try to resolve any situation directly and we reply within 30 days at most.

The European ODR ('SOL') platform is no longer available: it was discontinued on 20 July 2025, under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. For this reason we no longer list it as a dispute-resolution option.

Romanian law applies to these terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts of our registered office, except where the law provides otherwise in favour of the consumer.

We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you use the site, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
